Introduction of spherical roller bearings

2022-08-26

Spherical roller bearings are bearings with drum rollers assembled between an inner ring with two raceways and an outer ring with spherical raceways.

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers, which mainly bear radial and one load, and can also bear axial load in any direction. It has high radial load capacity, especially suitable for working under heavy load or vibration load, but cannot bear pure axial load. The outer ring raceway of this type of bearing is spherical, so its self-aligning performance is good, and it can compensate for the coaxiality error.

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis, which has good self-aligning performance. The bearing can still be used normally when the shaft is bent under force or installed non-concentrically. The self-aligning performance varies with the bearing size series. Generally, the allowable self-aligning angle is 1~2.5 degrees. The radial load outer bearing can also bear the axial load acting in both directions, and has good impact resistance. Generally speaking, the allowable working speed of the spherical roller bearing is low.

Double row tapered roller bearings Spherical roller bearings are divided into two different structures: symmetrical spherical rollers and asymmetrical spherical rollers according to the cross-sectional shape of the rollers. Asymmetrical spherical roller bearings are early products. Symmetrical spherical roller bearings are rarely used in the new design of the main engine. The internal structure has been comprehensively improved, designed and optimized. Compared with the early production spherical roller bearings, it can withstand larger shafts. The operating temperature of this kind of bearing is low, so it can meet the requirements of higher speed. According to whether the inner ring has ribs or not and the cage used, it can be divided into C type and CA type. The characteristics of C type bearings The inner ring has no ribs and adopts a steel stamping cage. The characteristics of CA type bearings are that there are ribs on both sides of the inner ring and a car-made solid cage is used to improve the lubrication of the bearing. Spherical roller bearings with oil grooves and three oil holes are represented by bearing rear code /W33. Spherical roller bearings with inner ring oil holes can also be supplied according to user requirements. In order to facilitate customer loading and unloading and bearing replacement, Spherical roller bearings with a taper in the inner hole can also be provided. The taper of the taper is 1:12, which is indicated by the rear code K. In order to meet the requirements of special users, the bearing with a taper of the inner hole of 1:30 can also be provided. Bearings with a tapered inner bore with code name K30 at the rear can be mounted directly on the tapered journal with a lock nut, or mounted on the cylindrical journal with the help of an adapter sleeve or a withdrawal sleeve.

Thrust bearing is divided into two parts: tight ring and live ring. The tight ring is tight with the shaft sleeve, and the moving ring is supported on the bearing seat. Rings and rolling elements are usually made of rolling bearing steel with high strength and good wear resistance, and the surface hardness after quenching should reach HRC60-65. The cage is mostly made of mild steel stamping, and can also be made of copper alloy cloth bakelite or plastic.

The bearings we produce are mainly used for: automobile parts, motorcycle parts, textile machinery, packaging machinery, food machinery, other machinery, etc
