1. Structural form
This type of bearing can be divided into several forms according to the appearance of rubber jacket (as shown in the figure), and the inner diameter range is φ 15～ φ 40mm。
2. Materials
The needle roller is made of GCr15 bearing steel.
The elastic outer ring is made of high-quality low-carbon steel or 65Mn spring steel.
The cage material is reinforced nylon
The rubber coat is made of NBR.
