This kind of bearing is mainly used as a supporting and running component in the automobile steering column.
1. Structural form
This type of bearing can be divided into several forms according to the appearance of rubber jacket (as shown in the figure), and the inner diameter range is φ 15～ φ 40mm。
2. Materials
The needle roller is made of GCr15 bearing steel.
The elastic outer ring is made of high-quality low-carbon steel or 65Mn spring steel.
The cage material is reinforced nylon
The rubber coat is made of NBR.
