Features
The end bearing of our company is mainly used in the angle adjusting mechanism of the automobile steering column.
1. Structural form:
Class I: combination of gasket, needle roller and plastic cage. As shown in Figure 1
Class II: combination of plastic jacket and gasket, needle roller and plastic cage. As shown in Figure 2
2. Materials
1) The gasket material is high-quality spring steel strip, and the hardness after heat treatment is not less than 58HRC.
2) The plastic cage is made of reinforced nylon.
3) The needle roller is made of GCr15 bearing steel.
4) The plastic jacket is polyoxymethylene.
