The needle roller and flat cage assembly is a steel cage single row linear motion rolling bearing. The shape of the assembly can be changed according to customer requirements, and the required centripetal and cage assembly can be formed after bending.
1. Structural form
The cage is formed by stamping die forging, and the cage window hole is punched. The needle roller is guided and maintained by the cage window hole in parallel. The length is customized according to user requirements, and the maximum length can be processed to 1600mm.
2. Product precision
The difference between needle diameters is 2 μ m. The accuracy grade is G2 (international GB/T309), which can also be determined according to user requirements.
3. Materials
The needle roller is made of GCr15 bearing steel.
The cage is made of high-quality low-carbon steel.
