The elastic rolling bearing of our company is a bearing unit composed of stamped outer ring, elastomer and deep groove ball. The elastomer between them can reduce the transmission of vibration. This series of bearings are used as supporting and running components in automobile steering column.
1. Structural form
This type of bearing structure (as shown in the figure) is generally applicable to the range of shaft diameter φ 17～ φ 40mm。
2. Materials
The steel ball material is GCr15 bearing steel
The cage is made of high-quality mild steel
The inner and outer rings are made of GCr15 bearing steel
Stamped outer ring is made of high-quality low-carbon steel
The elastomer material is NBR or polyurethane
The bearings we produce are mainly used for: automobile parts, motorcycle parts, textile machinery, packaging machinery, food machinery, other machinery, etc
